Design Thinking, Sustainability, Talent Development

The programme empowered talents of all levels and backgrounds with innovation in design thinking workshops. The participants presented a multitude of renewable solutions and were elected to serve as nationwide movements towards sustainability.Participants of the programme also learned about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and devised the ideas to support those goals.4 best ideas were chosen for participants to work further on their deliverables. The chosen ideas were introduced to the planning stage for running a pilot programme to collect data and successful solutions were ultimately implemented in a nationwide movement towards sustainability.The CSR ideas chosen include the following:1. Power saving computers during weekends and LED Light bulbs2. Educating kids on financial literacy 3. Mental Health Day & cont. awareness4. Waste Management/Recycling (reducing paper/going paperless)
